Stage 2 & 3 Tuning
For hardware-supported performance projects where calibration needs to match the engine, supporting parts and intended application. Every enquiry starts with a technical discussion.

Calibrate the complete setup
Higher-stage tuning requires careful consideration of supporting mechanical components and the vehicle’s operating conditions. Software alone is not a substitute for an appropriate mechanical build.
Based in Stourbridge · Birmingham & West Midlands enquiries · wider UK specialist applications assessed individually.
Hardware compatibility review
Vehicle specification confirmed first.
Application-specific discussion
Discuss realistic technical goals.
Thermal and drivetrain limits
Existing faults must be assessed.

Performance without shortcuts
We will not advertise emissions-control removal as a road-legal tuning stage. Any project must be assessed for applicable UK road-use and emissions rules, insurance and component limitations.
- Review the supporting hardware and ECU platform
- Discuss boost, fuelling and torque requirements
- Identify compatibility issues early
- Clarify road legality before proceeding

Stage 2 & 3 Tuning FAQ
Useful answers before you book. Specific eligibility always requires a vehicle check.
What distinguishes Stage 2 from Stage 1?
Stage 2 often assumes additional supporting hardware; the exact definition varies between tuners and vehicle platforms.
Is Stage 3 suitable for daily road use?
Suitability depends on the build, approvals, emissions compliance, insurance and intended use. A detailed assessment is essential.
Can you promise a specific power figure?
No figure should be promised before assessing the actual vehicle, hardware and available evidence.
Can you turn off emissions controls?
We do not describe disabling required emissions controls as legal for public-road use. Any work must comply with applicable regulations.
